We take all of those unimportant emails and put them into SaneLater (or other Sane folders you activate) so that you can either archive or delete them when you have a free moment later. The whole point of SaneBox is to get unimportant emails out of your way so that you can deal with your important ones now. It should also prompt you when you send a message from Thunderbird with Login Failed (note the server is SMTP for outgoing): 1. Write it down, exit Thunderbird, and then move (dont delete) the directory for that account to some place safe outside of the profile.
